Elena and her team of four cook lunch for 700 people every day, mostly organic and mostly from scratch. She plans the menu with the kitchen garden and the Year 3 cooking club.
She came to Denmark from Parma in 2005 and still makes the fresh pasta on Thursdays by hand.
